We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Times

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier or shipping option selected.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (weather, postal strikes, seasonal surges, etc.) may occur. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
