How are the products made?
Made just for you - the majority of our products are made to order by our trusted production partners. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and allows artists like me to offer their work across a larger variety of products without tying cash up in large volumes of stock. Printing methods vary by product but typically include premium ink and long-lasting materials. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery times vary by order, typically products are manufactured within 24-72 hours of your order. They are then shipped and typically arrive within 5-7 business days from dispatch. You will be notified as soon as your order ships and this will often include tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet … I hope to in the future but for now products ship to the UK only. As soon as I wrap my head around international tax and customs requirements this will change! For now if you are outside of the UK and wish to order please get in touch and I can prioritise confirming the requirements for shipping to your country.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because items are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are typically not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and I’ll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or flawed, please email me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
As products are made to order once production starts changes and cancellations are typically not possible. If you need to modify something, contact me straight away and I will do my best to help.
Can I get a custom size or product?
If you want a piece printed on a different product or in a special size, message me! I can often accommodate special requests depending on the print provider’s options.
